Benefits Advice
We offer benefit checks and benefit advice to people who reside or work in Knowsley via a pre-arranged appointment.
During your office appointment, our Advisor will be able to tell you if you’re potentially entitled to claim extra money and give you an idea of which benefits you could claim and how much you could get, as well as how your benefits might be affected if your circumstances change, for example if you increase your working hours or move in with your partner etc.
The calculations are based on the information you provide, such as where you live, whether you’re single or in a couple or if you care for someone. You will be asked to bring details of your household income with you to your appointment (details of your savings, your income, including your partner’s if you have one, any benefits or pensions you’re already claiming, including anyone you’re living with).
Help to complete forms
We offer help completing DWP benefit forms such as Disability Living Allowance, Personal Independence Payment, Attendance Allowance, Universal Credit to name but a few.
DWP Benefit Appeals
If you feel that you need to appeal against a benefit decision, please contact us and we will be happy to guide you through the review/appeal process. We represent clients in relation to their DWP benefits to upper tribunal level in Liverpool on an ad hoc basis.
